Dead Space gets a whole new look.
Here’s all about the new remake.

Dead Space says something to every passionate gamer. Now the classic is getting a whole new look. Electronic Arts has announced a remake of the original that will revolutionize the game. But what exactly is behind the new remake?

THE STORY OF DEAD SPACE

Fundamentally little will change in the story of the classic . Although there is talk of an improved story, this new edition will also remain close to the original. As in the original Dead Space, you slip into the role of Isaac Clarke, an engineer who is tasked with repairing the wrecked USG Ishimura spaceship. Equipped with his tools and technical understanding, he sets off.

Upon arrival, however, he realizes that something terrible has happened on the spaceship. But it gets worse, his beloved partner Nicole is still on the ship ! Surrounded by his worst nightmares, it is now up to Isaac to find out what happened to the crew of the USG Ishimura. He is locked up on the ship together with hostile creatures, the “necromorphs” and is now in danger of losing his mind.

Can you find out what happened on board the USG Ishimura?

WHAT DOES THE REMAKE OFFER?

The remake of Dead Space, which is currently under development, is constructed using the Frostbite engine. This guarantees the best graphics and the best sound, which ensures immersion like it has never been seen before in the game series. The game is being developed for next-gen consoles and the PC. This should also improve the control of the game immensely. It is published worldwide; however, an exact date is not yet known. However, fans can already watch the teaser on YouTube.

The team behind the new remake also works with fans of the series who provide continuous feedback. This guarantees that the end product will be a game that both new players and fans of the series can enjoy. For example, the senior producer of the new game, Phillippe Ducharme, came to Motive himself as a fan just to work on the Dead Space series.
