At the technology dealer Expert , the competitors of calibers such as the Apple AirPods Max are now falling in price.
HIGH-END HEADPHONES NOW WELL UNDER 400 EUROS
After they came onto the market around a year and a half ago with a starting price of 550 euros, they subsequently remained stable between 450 and 500 euros. Only very rarely did they slip towards the 400 euro mark or even below.
Now, with Expert, a trader comes around the corner and pushes the price down quite a bit. It is currently available here at a price of 369 euros. This is a sensational price for the noble headphones, which have never been available so cheaply – not even on Black Friday .
Expert does not say how long the offer will be maintained. It is possible that it is only valid for a limited time and will end again on New Year’s Eve . Almost as a candy at the end of the year. YAMAHA L700A: NOT REGULAR HEADPHONES
However, the L700A are not ordinary earphones. On the one hand, the over-ears look good – among other things with a noble fabric cover and leather applications.
Technically, the headphones offer numerous new functions that justify the still high price in comparison. However, if you only want to plug yourself away from your surroundings in commuter traffic via ANC, you are also well served one or two price levels below.
But they are also technically convincing.
OVER-EARS WITH 3D AUDIO AND APTX
But back to the YH-L700A: In addition to fine active noise cancelling, you also have extra functions such as 3D audio. When activated, this feature takes you into a whole new world of acoustics. In addition, there is a head tracking function that reinforces and triggers spatial imagination when listening to music. In this functional respect, the Yamaha headphones can certainly compete with the similarly expensive Apple AirPods Max – but their full development is not limited to the Apple ecosystem.
In addition, the manufacturer advertises a battery life of up to 35 hours – even with activated ANC, that’s enough for a long-distance flight. The headphones are also ideal for long train journeys. In addition to wireless coupling via Bluetooth 5.0, you can also connect the over-ears to the desired playback device via cable, and even an airplane adapter is included in the scope of delivery. Thanks to Qualcomm aptX technology, the quality of the wireless transmission is on CD level and is exceptionally good.
