A well-known manufacturer presented the world’s first triple-up firing speaker at CES 2023. The new triple sound technology has already been implemented in the manufacturer’s soundbars. With the help of the new sound level, a more extensive 3D sound for your home cinema should be possible.
Up-firing speakers are generously integrated into today ‘s surround-sound soundbars to deliver full spatial audio by delivering sound on another level. LG’s triple-up firing speaker unveiled at CES 2023 could add another layer to the 3D sound to map a more authentic audio profile.
TRIPLE-UP FIRING SPEAKERS IN NEW LG SOUNDBARS
The world’s first triple-up firing speakers are based on LG’s triple sound technology and are part of the company’s new line-up of soundbars . During CES 2023, visitors had the opportunity to take a look at the new soundbar models for the first time. The new triple-up firing speakers are integrated in the brand new SC9 and SE 6 models.
By including an additional up-firing channel, the soundbars offer more precise sound reproduction for an immersive home theater experience. The new Triple Level Spatial Sound technology is particularly effective. With the help of a channel analysis of an HRTF-based 3D engine , soundbars generate a virtual mid-layer. The result is a full soundscape that is intended to offer listeners a still defined spatial sound.
Similar to previous soundbar models , LG’s new soundbars rely on LG AI room calibration, which individually adapts the reproduced sound to the room conditions. The AI Sound Pro technology is also still used in the devices. Thanks to the smart recognition of the soundbar, it can determine what type of audio signal it is playing and ideally adjust the output of the content. A manual adjustment of the settings is therefore not necessary for films , games, sporting events or music – but possible if desired. The new soundbars offer an intuitive user interface directly on the home dashboard of LG TVs , with which users can easily manage the settings of the soundbar and directly with theTV can share.
WOW ORCHESTRA AND WOWCAST FOR FLEXIBLE AND POWERFUL SURROUND SOUND
This new feature is particularly exciting in combination with the new WOW Orchestra function, which enables LG televisions and soundbars to optimally coordinate the use of all available audio channels. By combining all existing TV and soundbar speakers, a powerful and extensive surround sound can be created. Thanks to LG’s WOWCAST technology, you can connect the new soundbar models to LG televisions completely wirelessly without having to put up with any loss in audio quality. The new soundbars are therefore also optimized for use with LG’s wireless OLED TV. Thanks to the wireless connection options, the new soundbar modelsintegrate more flexibly into the room design. A new bracket makes it possible to place the soundbar directly under the television or to mount it together on the wall when attaching it to the back of a suitable LG TV. A specific release date and the prices of the upcoming models are still unknown.
